CrossFit is for everyone

The CrossFit fitness program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience or level. We use our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease as for cage fighters one month out from a televised bout. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not by kind. Our special forces, firefighters, surfers, mountain bike riders, computer programmers, mechanics, and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.So, yes, CrossFit is right for you. It is right for everyone. That doesn’t mean it is easy, in fact, it may be the most challenging workout you will ever come across. But, it may also be the most rewarding and provide the best results!
